Automated Wealth Network Review: Scam Or Legit?

By | April 11, 2015

Name: Automated Wealth Network

Owners: Tim Chesonis and Mike Cocan

Price: Free With a Catch

Rank: 34/100 – Scam

In this Automated Wealth Network review, I’d like to go over how one would go about getting started with this system, some of its over-exaggerated claims, and whether or not this could be a reliable way to begin earning money from the comfort of your own home.

What Is It?

Automated Wealth Network, also known as AWN, was founded by Tim Chesonis and Mike Cocan who use a fairly unique, but old MLM technique when signing up with this system.

Although, they claim the system is not only free, but uses its own automated system to assist you in making money, there is a huge catch. Their methods not only felt immoral in a sense, but even more inneffective.

How Does It Work?

To get started with Automated Wealth Network, you can get registered for free. From there however, you’ll be required to also start signing up for its various up-sells, which as you can guess, are not offered for free.

Essentially, by the constant promotion of these up-sells are how you’ll also be attempting to make money, and is very similar in nature to other more popular MLM systems like Plug-In Profit Sites.

The reason for offering this system for free is to attract a wider number of individuals, while attempting to offer more value to the user in exchange. While it may seem like it is a potential win-win for both the consumer and opportunity, there are a number of drawbacks that could make any one person hesitant when signing up with Automated Wealth Network.

In addition, they claim this system can help you make your first $1,000 online and that the system does all the work for you. I am always hesitant of MLM systems that claims it does everything for you on automation.

Although, they mainly attract to online marketing newbies, you will come to see why the many drawbacks involved with Automated Wealth Network, typically causes for a deal breaker when wanting to sign-up for this system.

What’s The Cost Of Joining?

As previously stated, they initially claim that the system is entirely free to use. Yet one of the major drawbacks here is its use of this highly-deceptive and well-known mechanism of using up-sells and other similar MLM programs so that the owners can experience a potential increase in profits and other side benefits.

Automated Wealth Network Upsells Include:

#1. My Cash Freebies: Costs a minimum of $30 filling automated wealth network review: scam or legit?out various ‘Fortune 500’ company offers and trials, and is very similar to Instant Payday Network. Basically you make money by promoting the same offer to everyone else for a one-time payment as an affiliate marketer, of $30 for each sign-up. You don’t need to register with AWN to be apart of this income opportunity, but you do need to register with My Cash Freebies to gain full access to AWN.

#2. Power Lead System: Upsell #2 is much more of an MLM network marketing opportunity in nature, and you may feel free to read my full review on these guys here. Although, they offer you a 7-day free trial, you will be required to pay a $27 minimum monthly fee, and is also a requirement to gain full access to AWN.

In total you are looking at paying $57 for your first month in Automated Wealth Network alone, and $27 per month afterwards.

AWN Drawbacks:

#1 – Claims to do all the recruiting and selling for you. However, as you can see here, you are really required to do all of that yourself. The AWN system simply tries to help and assist you with its various MLM trainings and typical MLM tools as well.

#2 – Must pay a fee to join AWN and there is no say whether or not you’ll be making money with this program, despite its claims of ‘automation.’

#3 – Lack of tools and training. In addition, while AWN may seem and look like a fairly intricate system at first, there is really nothing very special nor unique about it.

AWN Tools & Training

Here is what you can expect in terms of what is inside the Automated Wealth Network platform:

#1 – Automated Wealth Network Business Platform – They claim this is a $597 valued platform and that you’ll be gaining access to a complete Done-For-You ‘Money-Generating’ system.

However, the lack of proper traffic, and basic fundamentals really seem to be included in the very system and platform itself.

#2 – Over 35 Training Video Tutorials – Claimed to be valued at $397, allegedly shows you how to start your AWN business to take you from ‘Start’ to a 6-figure income. As stated, its lack of training concerning traffic, will likely cause a lot of trouble and problems when going forward.

This took me awhile to figure out myself, but as soon as I had built myself a website, and began creating my own unique content, was when I was finally able to build my own full-time online income. It seems as though this little secret, is widely overlooked in the MLM scheme of things.

#3 – Entreperneurial Community and Leadership Masterminds – Claimed to be valued at $297, allows you to connect, network, and meet other similar like-minded people within the community.

This may possibly be more valuable than the above two combined. I’ve found nothing more helpful and essential than the ability to obtain the proper coaching and training by other more successful individuals than myself.

Automated Wealth Network Overview

Whether this system and the methods used can be considered a scam, is likely up for debate.

However, the real question is, how easy it will be to start earning an income with Automated Wealth Network. Well one of the most important aspects you must consider when moving forward, is typical with all opportunities – How will you obtain referrals and leads on a daily and consistent basis? Do you have a foundation to obtain a lot of traffic and visitors who will actually view your offers?

Without this, online marketing is extremely difficult. I personally had too much trouble than necessary as a result of these similar types of AWN scams all because they truly failed in teaching me the essentials to traffic generation.

Once you learn the real factors to creating your own sustainable online business, these types of products will not be necessary to your success. This is why I always recommend Wealthy Affiliate above each and every product out there.

I already read all the reviews and am ready to sleep empty stomach…rather than getting myself admitted in the hospital in glucose or saline. It was nice watching the amazing videos of AWN just like the top illusion of David Copperfied, Criss Angel or something like the Dynamo Magician…I would say this is how the HYIP’s and stupid MLM’s are spoiling the Internet Industries..I would be more than happy if you could recomend me the right business…

Very true how a lot of these HYIPs and MLMs have taken over the industry. I see them come and go every single day (it’s non-stop). What I recommend looking into is Wealthy Affiliate as you might have already seen as my top recommendation.

Reason I like it is because it’s so straight-forward. Unlike MLM’s you don’t need to waste any time trying to build a downline or invest money into worthless ad packs. The strategy here is to build a website, get traffic, and make sales as an affiliate via your website. I don’t think there is a better way to get started online and is what actually allowed me to build a full-time income. You should look into it if you get the chance and thank you for your input :)

Thank you for your comments do not know how I signed up for this – but I will not be taking it any further. No I have not paid any fees. Just opened an email from AWN this morning and it said thank you for signing up, so I followed the link.
Typed AWN in next tab to check out review and here I am. I do not remember signing up.
Thank you for your comments. I have started a blog at and would appreciate a few comments on what you think. Thank You Trisha.

Interesting. You know what I think it could be? It’s possible that since Automated Wealth Network is affiliated with MyCashFreebies that one of it’s members either found your e-mail address somewhere online and so they e-mailed you, or you signed up with MyCashFreebies. Either way, as long as you didn’t enter your CC info and are not getting charged you are in the clear. I look forward to checking out your website Trisha and will make sure to leave you a comment. If you’re looking for ways to improve your site I’m more than sure Wealthy Affiliate can definitely help with this. Look forward to speaking with you more :)

Hey Peter G, how’s it going? I was just getting ready to sign up for AWN until I read your post. I am a true believer that if someone is offering me an opportunity to make money online, that they please be upfront with everything so I could make an informed decision. The AWN presentation was very nice and the “Free” offer to sign up really caught my attention, but there is no mention that I would be presented with having to buy or sign up for other products in order to make money. That’s kind of a turn-off for me… Just be straight forward with everything and so I can determine if I want to move forward. Thanks for this post… I also started WA a few weeks ago and really am learning internet marketing from the ground up. SO, I am privvy to some of the tactics people are using to get signups, and I am learning to build my own websites and ultimately business… Do you have any other legit online money-making businesses I could check out? Thanks again and I’ll find you on WA!

I couldn’t agree with you more Ronald. It’s tough knowing which opportunity to join when the majority of online marketing products aren’t very transparent with the information beforehand. There are so many products today where you don’t expect after signing up and paying you’ll be needing to spend more money just to start!

Automated Wealth Network unfortunately is one of them. I believe if they actually told you beforehand what you’d be doing and how much money you’ll need to get started they could be more legitimate. At the moment I am only using Wealthy Affiliate to make an online income. I will definitely see you on there!

Hi! Thank you for your review! I’m actually a member of AWN, and I agree with you in some points. But about my cash freebies you don’t have to pay $30, I actually paid $8 for a product, but your sponsor gets $33 per referral, so you were wrong on that one.
Other than that we have webinars where they teach about traffic generation.

Good review though, have a nice day!
