What is Warrior Special Offer, usually referred to as a WSO?

These are written e-books and pdf’s, sold directly on the world’s largest internet marketing forum,  warriorforum com. It is also one of the largest landing websites and forum’s that beginning online marketer’s resultantly land upon. Within the forum there are thousands of on-going discussions, as well as some very subtle marketing ploys. Many of which are total and complete ebook pdf scams!

In this post I would like to cover one of the main and most popular Warrior Forum sections of all, that is the WSO section or Warrior Special Offer’s, which are being sold on a very consistent and on-going basis. Below I am going to show you why warrior special offers can’t be trusted, and why you need to stop spending money on WSO’s!!

Why Warrior Special Offers Can’t Be Trusted – Problems With WSO’s

Over the years, Warrior Forum has been known to grow a fairly awful reputation, and it is my belief that it is the constant exchange of selling, buying, and creation of these WSO’s that have been the cause of this.

WSO Problem #1:

Many of these WSO’s are essentially useless, providing no worth to the user, or buyer. Even worse, are the number of WSO’s that are simply being used to create the seller income. The more WSO’s users create, and the more they are able to sell, the higher reputation they gain.

One of the biggest problems involved however, is the fact that hundreds, even thousands of new uprising online marketer’s, are led to the warrior forum for their very first time. This is where the selling of WSO’s are taken great advantage of, by utilizing highly specialized, uniquely made sales pages, that are actually implemented within the Warrior Forum itself.

WSO Problem #2:

While a good percentage of WSO’s do provide some great value, providing new useful knowledge and insight, a problem remains. The main problem arises when starting online marketer’s are stuck at the end of a 10-page document, but really are not sure what to do next, where to go, or how to implement.

Yes, even with the directly given step-by-step methods. The result of this is a lack of mentorship, support, community, tools, and most of all, the UNKNOWN! You see, the question comes into play within the user’s mind, after reading the WSO, asking themselves… Well what if this doesn’t work after all?! This the main reason why 95% of WSO’s end with a call to “TAKE ACTION!” or else you won’t reap any benefits or rewards if you don’t try.

WSO Problem #3:

This is the most important reason of all! The biggest concern and/or question that comes into play that almost no internet marketing user ever thinks about is, well if it works so well, and if the person is making $500 an hour, day, or week as the WSO says, then why waste your time, money, or resources creating something for sale in the first place!

Hence, it would be much more reasonable for that WSO creator to simply say I’m already making great money, and if I really want to help people, then I’ll just go into the discussions and let everyone know about what I am doing!

Nonetheless, I can’t blame WSO buyers looking for the answers to online riches. After all, it’s somewhat understandable, and reasonable, for a starting online marketer to learn all they can.

What bothers me are the growing number of sellers who consistently condone this method of earning by duplicating the creation of their WSO, putting it up for sale, and teaching other’s how to do the same exact thing!

Now say 20% who purchase the WSO go for the idea… Well that would be even more useless than a WSO that provides no value at all.

Don’t fall for falsified information!!!

All WSO propositions I ever got from the warrior forum have turned out to be scams. Furthermore, the warrior forum itself is run by assholes. They’ve set up the sales conditions in such a way that once registered, you cannot get out of it any more. You pay 97$ annually whether you end your registration or not !!

Once you are registered you cannot get out of your registration anymore !!

Thanks for the comment Wilbert and I’m really surprised to hear that. You should just cancel your credit card if that’s what it comes down to. Most warrior special offers never did me much good.

Sure, I took a lot from them and learned some good information, but at the end of the day, I found that my money could have been better spent elsewhere. A lot of the tactics are a little bit shady as well and it’s hard to tell which ones are actually worth giving a shot.

I know this is a slightly old post but I wanted to weigh in. I think you’re being a little bit unfair. I agree with you that the sales pages are all hype and the products seldom live up to what is promised on those pages but, especially when you’re starting out, getting as much information on board as possible is really important.

So, my suggestion to people is that they should set a monthly “education” budget and that a part of that expenditure (even if it is just $10 a month) goes on buying ebooks and guides.

The end result is that as people read more and learn more from those who are already doing it they can then use bits and pieces of this information to formulate their own unique strategies. That’s certainly the way I did it when I was starting out and it worked – very well. Anyone who expects to “Get rich quick” off a $7 ebook though quite clearly has rocks in their head.

Great point Damo and great piece of advice!

You’re right and I guess the point I was trying to make here is that no WSO will make you rich overnight. Every business (whether online or offline) takes time and work to reach any level of success. So many of them just over-exaggerate their promises and income claims, which is why I get hesitant recommending WSO’s.

But I also agree they can be a good learning tool because I actually did happen to learn a great deal and take away a lot of great stuff from them. Then again, I always found myself getting lost at some points because there was no help or support to go along with it. It depends on which WSO you’re looking into purchasing. The thing to take away here is that no single WSO is going to make you rich as you said, but are best used to help you become more knowledgeable of how online marketing works altogether.

Despite that, Damo, there are FAR better sources of FREE information regarding internet marketing.

For instance, I am a big fan of blackhatworld. Blackhatworld is an internet marketing forum, and even though there is a marketplace, there is a massive selection of tutorials that you can read and implement.

I personally think it would be far wiser to implement their education budget towards legitimate books and information, rather than the same old rehashes over and over again.
